The shareholders involved in the ENK Vote No attended the AGM. From the AGM it looks like BOD are also against the offer but do not have a option. If the offerer gets more then 75% then they will delist and take the company private and holder will be left out with un-tradeable shares. BOD are waiting for a "white knight" - which will be another party interested in taking over ENK. At this point we do not have that.
Unfortunately as we have not been able to reach higher percentage share holding together, I don't see how we can block this takeover. If we were 25% or higher together then a different story but we are too small as a group.
Unfortunately it is most likely "all over red rover"
I'll be selling, see if I can get 28 or 28.5 on the market, too many other cheap shares available to hang on longer.
