The way I read this news is that the primary target hasn't hit what we wanted, oil. Instead there are readings of gas. We're half way between primary and secondary targets it seems. Notice the PCL ann says: 'is pleased to advise that the Mbawa well has
reached a depth of 2,553m RT (below the drill floor).'

So they're 'pleased' they've reached a certain depth but there's no pleasing findings as yet.
AMHO of course, but we've got one more chance a little lower into mother earth for this exploratory drill to get us some good news.
