aelb time for final decision - time frame???, page-9

I understand their is a certain amount of diplomacy required by Lynas when dealing with both the AELB and the Malaysian Government, however there comes a time when the so called "WIN/WIN" part of the equation/negotiations/discussion, what ever you want to call it,comes into play. At this time Lynas should be able to present to both parties what they have done, and what they have achieved at the request of both parties, and then politely ask , now since we have done this for you, in what time frame will you be taking to review all this information and in turn in what time frame will a decison be made in relation to permtting the TOL and allowing Lynas to start production? I believe this is very reasonable and should be able to be discussed. Please remember going back 3 / 4 years ago the Malaysain Government agreed and allowed Lynas to build the plant offering tem many incentives to operate in Malaysia so sinece this Phase 1 of the project has been completed at least they can now do is provide a time frame on this TOL review prcess as the Lynas Money tree is starting to burn when they are not producing.

Lynas Management we need you to politely ask for a time frame on the issusing of the TOL.
