Again sweeping statements that do not apply to all sectors of the economy. To call people idiots because they do not see it your way, which you are not guilty of , or imply that REA are is a bit low.
What is happening in a lot of areas is showing a lack of housing is quite evident, plus this happens everytime that many folk are living with folks, family and doubling up which eventually will translate in to pent up demand.This happened once things picked up after the 90's recession. Same old same old again.
I question the findings of the census , and I believe the marketplace , which I trust more, is telling another story.
So many people a) don't understand the census and can put anything they want on it b) most view it as a waste of time filling it in and are not accountable for what is placed there.
Wish there was a housing surplus in the West esp as it is quite extraordinary here.
