I think the last one is probably the one people could hang their hat on 5 .You can't do anything worse than say a company is completely solvent if you have knowledge that it isn't because it's trading and people are buying when they shouldn't be .Of course that's why they'll do just about anything to keep this thing afloat because if it goes under they're wide open on that issue .Looking from afar I could see that this company was in trouble some time ago.

As far as misuse of funds and overpayments they usually get these things checked out by the beaks these days if they're a bit dodgy .Well this lot are completely dodgy so I'm tipping that they've got their backs covered .I'm presuming that the remuneration is approved by the remuneration committee which the shareholders have entrusted to the task. But let's face it all you holders knew the copious amounts that these guys were giving themselves yonks ago and if that wasn't a massive sell signal I've never seen one.It used to send me into hysterics when the cheer squad used to yell from the rafters how lucky we were to have Turvey ....yeah right ,no wonder he hardly had anything to say he was too busy trying to keep the smirk off his face

Personally I think people will be wasting their time and money suing them unless it falls over in which case the trading whilst insolvent is a big issue
