My proudest moment in last two weeks is doing on-market sells to immediately dump AOC and TON when market turned on me. Tho they were both small losers I finally cracked that optimistic streak that keeps me looking for a small bounce or only brokerage loss. I just SOLD!
PS: You should only sell on-market in an emergency situation.
