Not sure that is the case always Telsor...KAR don't even contract the rig nor are they operators of the rig.
Not sure if they even have a person on the rig at all.
So you may need to look to other fields of whom may leak if that indeed does take place.
Noticed how many shares Wellington and Fidelity have in COP?
Just saying any conspiracy can be taken anyway you want to drive it...hence the term.
