Its still got to be a buy for you because even if REE prices are low the Lynas value proposition is partly built around China's requirement for buyers to invest in China production via export quotas - which buyers don't want as their IP is at risk in China.
Hence Lynas will have a serious advantage as the only supplier outside china - without conditions on where the production has to take place.
get back in as it is going to be worth a lot more in the LT than the 80-90c opening tomorrow.
