I have strong feeling , they have workout survival plans. So many projects in the pipe line & PEN is only 1 month away, they won't let this company go under.
The question is will SP improve in short term? If they learn from their mistakes and realize that if they don't care about SP then they wil lose their fat salaries and bonuses. Low SP certainly takes away capital raising option too from them.
