I think too many people have been burnt recently and that ii is going to take time for wounds to heal. I am glad that the jump has not gone overboard as people would just get caught out again, and we would lose all retail support which the SM need to make a buck. If I was the SM I would be inclined to nudge it up a reasonable amount with each new milestone, knowing that with each milestone investor confidence will nudge up a notch too. People will forget all about the last 6 months when we have consistent good news delivered regularly, and that is needed to cement in the next up trend for them to distribute into. JMHO
