thanks guys, same thing happened to my etrade account around the 24th Aug, I thought shi*, my balance has dropped by what the ??? especially when my portfolio overall was looking reasonably green/even for the day and couldn't understand the drop in balance (oh dir, lol...)
have you all lodged your details with Slater and Gordon, etc...for class action ???
