are we cash flow positive yet?

The shareholder update in May (i think) stated NewSat would be cash flow positive by July.
I think there should be an ann concerning achievement (or otherwise) of this target/promise this month.
If New Sat is cash + then the whole operation is cash plus.
I think a lot of SH's will be keenly waiting on this ann.
If it is cash plus then SP should begin to move north.
Has it been confirmed that there will be a rights issue, if so how many? I have seen no details. What is it for?
My slice of the pie is getting smaller by the day - slice is more like crumbs.
