the high court appeal is about appealing the previous decision to throw of court, i.e. deny smals previous claim of AELB incompetance, which was already decided in favour of AELB,
confusing isn't it, i just got more confused writing this, maybe some other poster can explain better,
in essence smsl are pissed that they didn't get their way in initial court proceeedding so they are appealing the original decision that overturned their claim,
this new appeal does not affect TOL issuance, as its not related.
flippin trying to understand the malay legal system has fried my brain.
