I have been enjoying reading everyone's posts.

There is no doubting the economics of the projects.

Why is it taking so damn long to seal the deal? Even the time passed from SPP announcement to now seems a long stretch of time to "finalise" the deal. To my mind "finalising" the deal means all substantuve terms have already been agreed to. What's going on?

I also think someone is playing the SP at the moment - see my post yesterday.
