The chances of a lefty from Tompkins County getting fracking banned in PA, OH, TX or anywhere else outside of her own back yard would have to be 3/5 of f.a.
The silence from the DEC is deafening. Even the liberal leaning Huffington Post is pushing for them to make a decision either way.
