Summerset Group Holdings Limited advises the appointment of Brigid London to
the role of General Manager Operations, effective Monday 10 September 2012.

This follows from the appointment of the incumbent General Manager
Operations, Richard Catto, to the new role of General Manager Health and
Innovation.

Brigid has been with Summerset for over eight years, the last four and a half
in the role of Operations Manager.  Prior to that, Brigid was the Village
Manager at the group's Palmerston North village, Summerset on Summerhill.
