hi bailej, as you mentioned in another thread, there should have been a becoming a substantial holder notice announced to the market re Index Options. there should have also been a ceasing to be a substantial holder notice.
if Index Options did as it was meant to by law, then we wouldnt have to rely on a top 20 posted on ADYs website, thus the market would have been aware and not just the people who go to the ADY website to look at the top 20.
if this matter with manipulation gets tranferred from ASX to ASIC, this may be noticed by ASIC, as it goes against their rulings.
