If my memory is correct I think the initial set up or early capital raising of TOE by OZL was at 20c. Since then there has been some dillution of shares but the overall projects have moved forward a long way. In my opinion, the company appears to have handled their projects very well. I like the term used for TOE by another poster - 'The Quite Achiever'. It sums up TOE well. Wether we'll get the best shareholder value from a takeover or just continuing to production who knows. I have been a long term investor in this stock and have been increasing my stake.
I think many investors, or potential takever coys, will be waiting for state and federal approvals that are expected soon.
