I searched for octaviar bankrupt NY...and via blog could read the submission put in NY for Chapter 15 relief...
which was 'tracking' really well,imlo. DYOR.
even as a SH i find this move excellent...and we are not the first Australian Co disaster to put in a submission.
PIF moves might be in sympathy/harmonise? etc with the
