IMO IVR is setting itself up to break above its resistance level of .19... a break above .19 and .25 comes into play... there after higher highs..pending and depending on market forces..
To conclude and imo the lack of selling pressure and the formation at hand... favours my humble opinion of a break out to the upside..
.17 to .18 is what i like to call the safe zone..and to conclude further we are at the 3/4 level of the ascending pattern.. only time will tell.
