    "The Board of BCD Resources NL (ASX: BCD) has resolved the following Board / Management changes.
    Due to pressing other business commitments, Mr. Mike Botting has resigned as Chairman and Director of the Company effective 3 September 2012."

    Hopefully, MB is now devoting all his time to getting MCO back on the rails. Wishful thinking perhaps, but I wouldn't think that MB would forgo his salary from BCD if he had lost (or was about to lose) his job at MCO.
