The wording sounds like they are planning to essentially wind up CCC. Sell the mining business outright, sell the non-core assets like Wolvenfontein, Vaalbank etc, sell Botswana if they can find someone mug enough to buy it.

If I actually believed a word that CCC told me, I'd consider this good news, because IMO these clowns couldn't run a bath, let alone a coal mining company. If we get anything back at all, that would be nice.

But given that past experience shows I CANNOT believe a word CCC tells me, I won't hold my breath.

Then they go and follow up the paragraphs on these 'sales' with a paragraph about how they are really and truly going to finalise Vanmag this time.

Shows how much weight we should put on the preceding paragraphs, doesn't it?
