You don't have to worry about conversion for the next 12 months. It's only a 20 day VWAP period in any case, so any manipulation is likely to be short and sharp. If ZYL give notice of it's intention to repay, and we know of this via an ASX release, it would be rather obvious to shareholders and regulators of any blatant share price manipulation in the subsequent few weeks.
