one of the cost moderating factors for SLR is they have a domestic workforce in Kal where most of their action is focused. I think Les has thrown around a figure of about $100 oz for costs associated with fifo workers. So that contributes to the much higher costs in Murchison. I agree the "downturn" in iron ore operations in the Pilbara will tip the balance back in the employers' favour. Les said the other day when he was at WMC you could employ a grad Geo for about 60k, now they want something like $180k.
