re: Ann: BOARD APPOINT MOELIS & COMPANY TO AS... Yeah I don't know John. Something just doesn't seem quite right. Why appoint Moelis, and investment bank, to advise you on what is going wrong. You don't need an investment bank to tell you:

    (1) Reduce capex - don’t buy any more land.

    (2) Reduce your travel and accommodation expenses ($1.5 million dollars for 2012) scandalous!!

    (3) Reduce corporate overheads.

    (4) Reduce consulting and professional fees ($2.5 million dollars again scandalous) – that expense will obviously only increase with Moelis.

    (5) Start harvesting now – why delay the harvest especially as Mount Romance has idle capacity?

    (6) Sell your loan book which is valued at over $50 million.

    (7) Also don’t hold back on the good news - Tell the market about Santalis – we know it has entered into a major distribution agreement and it is expected to conduct a formal launch later in the year. But surely some details can be talked about. Why is management not talking about this at all?

    Somethings just smelly fishy.

    (1) If TFC is so under the pump cashflow wise (remember it has around $75 million cash on hand in July) why would private equity come a knocking on TFC and then get rejected? If TFC were truly under the pump surely the bid would not have be evaluated and rejected out of hand before informing shareholders?

    (2) You only appoint an investment bank IMO if you are looking to dress a company for sale and to find potential suitors.

    (3) If you have no cash - what is this utter crap about a share buy back programme?

I just can't work out what is happening behind the scenes. I guess however since I don't know who in the room is being conned, then I guess it is probably me...
