as a general rule oil is found shallower than gas bcos the deeper you go the higher the temperatures and pressures "cook" the oil resulting in more gas. So, if we have gas in the shallower primary target we are less likely to have oil in the deeper secondary target. That's not to say that there won't be any condensate in the gas but usually the shallower gas accumulations have higher condensate ratios than the deeper gas accumulations.
