    ss&t had a controlling interest over timeones PLV shares, they entered into a binding agreement with funding attached and then decided to back out of it at the last minute..

    since then timeone transferred the shares into WEG (registered) in Hong Kong. ss&t can chase timeone, they are registered in the BVI and are a $2 shell company with $0 assets..
