Yeah, I think it's a very good question toph. I can't see where they've reported the depth which leads me to believe that the mineralisation doesn't go any deeper.
It's unlikely they just stopped drilling at 20+ meters when they were getting visible copper. So, they apparently haven't bothered to say that it just stopped at about 20 meters.???
