snagger i'm well aware its between ss&t and the old timeone, and not PLV.

however the dispute is over the transfer of 20% of the shares on issue for PLV to a company (WEG) that is soon to become our JV partner for mining activities on Cockatoo island, you don't think that 'may' affect PLV?

i asked the company for a response to this and they informed me that the management was discussing it with legal counsel.

i'm certain plv/weg would have expected this play from ss&t down the track when they unwound their positions, they surely wouldn't have thought they'd go quietly into the night and any large investor would want to know exactly what the situation is with your JV partner before getting involved with the company..

i would expect a clarifying statement from the company regarding this, that's all..
