IMO a CR will be a little more difficult this time round. I think that MEO investers have long memories of almost promises and certanties on previous drillings than to put thier hands in thier pockets. Its well documented on how many felt they got burnt, perticularly on Artemis and the so called 'gas kick' that the last CR was platformmed.

An investor would have to be a little more wary of an attractive CR Share Price knowing that it may well drop 50% on Heron being a duster. I mean there would have to be a lot of convincing on the unwary.
