I agree with you
GDN and the "Paradox" debacle had many warning signs. Many chose to ignore them and hence scorched. I agree that to an extent shareholders were mislead but there is also blame that must rest with the individual.
To me the first one was Sciano selling at like $1.12 average.
The second major warning was their announcements had the "2Tcf" which disappeared in later announcements.
I do not condone what Sciano did and hopes the likes of these scum will one day pick up the soap bar in prison.
The new crew on board will no doubt bear the brunt of many shareholders anger that were burnt by the old cowboy mob however its unfair.
Even if AWD does hit 3-4c the old holders will still be unhappy since they will get no where near their capital base back. For the new shareholders who entered for a different project they will be happy.
Reality is that not everyone is going to be happy.
