You can always get angry Pmys, though give the man some time to work his magic, i.e. till the end of the year, which will be ~6 months he has been in charge.
We have waited a long time with JH so what's another ~6 months?
We all want those quick gains but sometimes we can't always be like SFR, SIR, KNL, etc.
I'm hoping (which is all I have atm) RC can pull the strings in the right direction, but I will give him that time to show his worth.
