oct/nov could be quite 'mild' for a low
but i do expect a degree of 'seasonality'
around this time..
next major low i see is in mid 2013 as this
current longer term cycle completes so maybe
a short term top around DEC/JAN as we need to allow
for a few months for a 'corrective period'...
