Kincella, I agree that is the aim of many and well done for your acheivement but it only tells the picture now.
some of us, simply hang out, doing other things...
having a good time, doing whatever we choose
we dont need to work 40 to 80 hours a week,
bringing in a wage
when we can sit back and watch the money flow in...
with very little effort on our part
sure there was some work in the initial stages, setting it up...managing the property...
Can you fill us in on the circumstances that got you there?
eg how long ago, time period started, help from parents, job security, interest rates, govt charges, deposit paid, type of employment, unexpected lump sums/inheritence, double income, rent paid whilst saving deposit etc etc
It will help paint a picture and something others can compare with and use as a template.
