on more serious note, this may be a little more helpful to give you an idea.... some of the visuals vs subsequent grades
for me, I am happy for the analysts to work this out, and they'll be heaps of reports, I just keep in mind 15-20mt is the tonnage tgt, and grade consistency above 2%ni is very good
