"Punters" are starting to take positions now that we are getting much closer to TD and much of the "risks" are being taken out. When te core is taken, we normally see some "leaks" coming out and the next week should tell us if any "serious" buyers enter our market.
But Buy/Sell ratio is certainly suggesting more confidence and we may finally be seeing the beginning of the upwards moves that were expected. .24 is the big watch.
