I suspect that they will do a placement through a broker maybe BBY Hartley or any other. Placement will be 27-30 cents, the SP will drop to around 30 cents on the open, the broker that gets the placement will then issue a buy recommendation to pump up the share price and the Sophisicated's will then sell out at around 40-50 cents in a months time.
