travels, I'm not sure if it is a change in the company's attitude or rather the fact that making announcements prior to the TOL being issued was seen as a sensitive issue. NC & co. had to tread a very fine line in regards to their announcements to ensure they did not produce a perception (to the malaysian people) that the malaysian government's process was not fair and just. Now that the TOL is issued, this issue is alleviated and so they can be more free to announce.
