wouldn't be feeling sorry for ex pres Taya - the army's payries for the last 15 or so years (along with payrises for the rest of the country) are probably safely locked away in his Swiss bank acc. As well as that noone has nailed him for any atrocities so he's free to spend his billions where ever he chooses !!
