yes cash is needed but why not include the current shareholders be involved in the participation of it..
placement in a blink of an eye at 20cents or whatever bidding might come up to. existing shareholders should have been offered too...why only 10 million dollars...go to $20 million dollars 10 to 'SMART INSTOS' and another 10 to current shareholders....
10 million only....later 6 months share back in doldrums at 20 cents languishing for months...24 months later big news again offereing 10 million to 'SMART INSTO WHO HAS JUST DUMP THE WHOLE LOT".
WTF???
