A, I correct to assume based on your that at present if the deal proceeds , anyone buying now is effectively buying NABi cash at a discount ?
I ask as I was a buyer today although it was bloody had with such low volume and will keep buying because as I see it , the current shareprice is trading lower than post merger implied value . In fact with 100m in cash today's prices seem great
What do others think , at this stage we have GDelaney view and Muzz view and I probably sit somewhere in between
