    Antibotter - I trust you are not comparing my posts to yours . I am trying to understand theoretical post merger value and I am testing my methodology. I am neither ramping baselessly or pretending I am right . I am looking for views to challenge my own . GDelaney response today was great and got me thinking about the deal. Pre merger based on the SP the dela was dilutionary . At today's Price I think it's not on,y not dilutionary but arguably accreditive
