Does not look good. Not happy at all. Why would this announcement not be made until immediately after the options have been converted? If the operation was impacted by a Tsunami or similar act of god, then fair enough, but these issues have been known for a long time IMO. And now, why so long until we understand next steps? Hmmmm, sentiment? Who knows??
