If I had $10m and a company of MELs potential came begging I,d take the 50m shares and for a extra couple of thousand manipulate the sh/pr into the 40s and feed the shares into that, hay presto my $10m just turned into $20m.
Now where have I seen that before,oh yes all over the ASX.
