From memory, Jervoisvision was on the cusp of deposing current management to instate one of JRVs shareholders (Norm Seckhold of Plantet Gas) to the board. Unfortunately, in the last couple of days before the meeting, JRV issued a large number of shares to a friendly party and managed to "win" the election.
You could try to do something similar again, but given the state of things, perhaps its best to just stop buying into their capital raisings and let this thing die a natural death.
