Brazil exercised their own , about 300k from the underwriting but the majority was from Frank selling them a parcel at 10c

I suggest if Brazil is upset it would be at FR , not PT who as I said in my last post must be pulling out his hair.

I also re read the announcment and it might actually end up being ok

If FR and family was the core problem as I suspected it and raved on about it may be that the site manager being son, was simply out of his depth , and more experienced engineering and operations person will quickly improve the Geelong plant to a better level of capacity .

US might be delayed 12 months , and Geelong may take some tinkering , but if they can get it to 1200t per week and make 2-3 m Profit per annnum , then the US would be a goer.

If not , 5c per share in the bank gives them some scope to re focus on silica or look for another business to buy .

Much better to suspend and see what they can do to fix the historical Geelong problems than announce the problems and see the stock at 10c with shareholders driving PT mad and not allowing to focus on what is going to be difficult indeed to ressurect to anywhere near long term shareholders unfairly inflated exepctrations arising from RB Milestone and the Rogers family enthusaiasms over the last 2 years

I really hope fpor all that have so much in the stock things go well and it is not another Disaster like Davnet was to me many years ago .
