The net asset value per share is after deducting an accrual for a 2.21 cents
per share dividend to be paid on 28 September 2012. The net asset value per
share is also after deducting treasury stock (shares acquired under the
Kingfish buyback programme) and a performance fee accrual payable to the
Manager.
