It is all starting to make a little sense. This whole situation MST is in is questionable, from what I remember TOD exchanged several shares for ADR's . I don't remember how long ago he did all this, but if MST Oz goes down and MST US gets it all for nothing then I believe TOD will still be rolling in cash. Definetly looking after share holders interests
