No. Management cannot be trusted imo. Nothing will change while they remain. Their GROWTH strategy was poorly executed and nothing short of a board change will satisfy. It is too late for apologies not that I can remember any HINT of one being given but rather a "no apology for CCC being a growth company" attitude. Arrogant and disgraceful when you look at the books. I hope you can prove breaches in their director duties.
Assets and cashflow are another matter. I believe they have the assets to be profitable but the pathway to get there has cost them the golden goose. There is nothing more I hate than a Director who makes excuses for not taking up shares and still wont buy at historical lows. These guys are pigs at the trough. I recall comment that when Brewer asked why he did not buy on market. Answer Too difficult with announcement rules. Do I believe that? No and nor do I believe anything else they say. Credibility zero.
