IMO somebody in the not tooooooooooo distant future might set about aggregating these 'uncommercial' finds and making something out of it. The mechanics by which they might aggregate them is not real clear ... farm-ins, takeovers, mergers, trade sales. Maybe even something as simple as common infrastructure provider.
If it is as stated the most exciting hydrocarbons exploration area, then all will be watching...
Just maybe PCL are keen to move earlier picking their partners rather than enduring their suitors ... they have to be a little (???) more attractive this week than they were say 3 months ago... surely...
I'm staying.
